A notice should identify the protected work, the material at issue, its location on the site, the claimant's contact information, a good-faith statement, and the claimant's authority to act.
Review process
We review reports promptly, preserve relevant information where appropriate, and restrict, remove, or restore material based on the available rights record and applicable law.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, provide the information needed for us to review your request and respond appropriately.
Respecting rights
We do not remove watermarks, evade access controls, or use third-party content outside the rights available for that use.
