Returns & Refunds

We want classroom supplies to feel considered and useful from the first day of setup.

Return window

Eligible items may be requested for return within 7 calendar days after delivery. Items should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

Starting a return

Have your order number and a brief description of the issue ready. Return instructions and any required label are provided before an item is sent back.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please report transit damage or an incorrect item promptly. Photos can help us review and resolve the issue quickly.

Non-returnable items

Any item-specific exclusions are disclosed on the relevant product page before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
